The Hamlin Pub was established in 1992 at the northeast corner of Hamlin and Rochester Roads. From the beginning, it was a pub that always stayed above the rest. (Hamlin Pub was the first pub in the area to serve 23 ounce draft beer.) People from miles around caught wind of our comfortable pub serving great food and ice-cold beer. This created a very diversified crowd, from businessmen & women to college students, that all got along like they were family. After years of success, the Hamlin Pub expanded to the Lake Orion area in 1996. Once again, another location that pulled people from miles around. Not only do our customers enjoy the Hamlin Pub, so do our employees; stop by and meet one— they would love to know your name. This created an opportunity to expand the atmosphere even more. The owners and managers worked together to create the next step in Hamlin Pub’s growth. Our next pub opened in 2005 in Shelby Township at 22 Mile Road and Hayes. Our plan worked and once again history repeated itself. Our secret formula? ...solid years of planning, devotion to make every pub fit its area, and great people that enjoy real pubs in their neighborhoods. To this date we have opened two more pubs; one in Clarkston, at Sashabaw and I-75, in late 2006, and we opened the second pub this past spring at 25 Mile Road and Van Dyke. We are expanding to make sure people from all over Michigan get a chance to enjoy our establishments close to their neighborhoods. We are looking forward to our next location in Chesterfield on 23 Mile Road and Gratiot opening in 2008. Stop by any Hamlin Pub and remember our slogan...
